Filed under Fascism. According to the Sun-Sentinel, Broward County’s Hebrew-language Charter School can once again teach Hebrew — thanks to the auspices of Big Brother. It seems the curriculum of the Ben Gamla Charter School was being scrutinized by the Broward School Board, debating the question of whether Hebrew can be taught without also promoting a religion. So who knew [...] The Associated Press reports today that University of Oklahoma sports fan Allen Beckett, a church deacon and bar patron, nearly castrated University of Texas fan Brian Thomas.
