Does Obama want Civil War II?

[ Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Obama (both of whom are “lawyers”) might want to reread the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution:  ‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, ‘ as well as the Articles of Confederation: ‘Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.’  The decision to enforce its laws pertaining to its borders regarding illegal immigration is a matter sovereign to the State of Arizona — not the feds.  Attempting to coerce the State of Arizona to comply to the White House’s political correctness ideology is essentially a form of litigious “Civil War.”

Really, is it inconceivable that the far left in this country, i.e., those political ideologues who are haters of America and her history, those who are ashamed of the United States and who want her “humbled,” would be willing to risk dissolving the union in order to advance their globalist agenda to bring the US into a state of servitude under world government? If your goal was to “deconstruct” the United States, after dismantling the economy and bloating the government with myriads of newly minted bureaucrats, the next step would to be target and isolate individual states that still hope to retain political sovereignty over their territories.  Arizona was apparently selected to be the Obama administration’s scapegoat… ]

Hillary Clinton Says White House Will Sue Over Arizona Immigration Law

According to President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, the Justice Department is currently in the process of deciding whether or not to file suit over Arizona’s controversial immigration law, which Mr. Obama has called “misguided” and potentially discriminatory.

According to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, however, the decision has already been made.

“President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy,” she said in an interview with an Ecuadorean television station flagged by The Right Scoop. “And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act.”

The Arizona law, which would go into effect in July, requires immigrants in the state to carry documents verifying their immigration status and requires police officers to question a person about his or her immigration status during a “lawful stop” if there is “reasonable suspicion” that person may be in the country illegally.

Holder has indicated that he believes “the law is an unfortunate one that will be subject to potential abuse” and said that the Justice Department is “considering a court challenge.”

It is not clear whether Clinton was just making a prediction or whether she was getting ahead of a planned announcement by the administration. The Justice Department said today it is continuing to review the law.
