Jim Dobson - Wake up!

A broch! Today the AP wire reports that James Dobson, one of the doyen’s of evangelical Christian leadership, has backed Mike Huckabee’s presidential bid, giving the former Arkansas governor a long-sought-after endorsement from one of the big macher’s of the “Christian right.” Aroysgevorfen!
Newsflash to Dr. Dobson — Mike Huckabee, who is apparently a big fan of Kenneth Copeland, is a bizarre choice, especially in light of the fact that Ron Paul’s record clearly demonstrates that he is a man of moral integrity and virtue with a staunchly conservative voting history….
This is maddening… Despite Focus on the Family’s lip-service, it appears that the organization doesn’t give a proverbial “rat’s behind” about families in the world…. If they did, wouldn’t they profess some sort of concern over the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi families that have been traumatized by the illegal (and immoral) invasion of Iraq? Dr. Dobson ought to take a hard look at Judicial Watch’s recent report that lists Mike Huckabee as one of the top ten most corrupt politicians for the year ending 2007 (click here for their assessment).
And wasn’t it Mike Huckabee who recently warned Iran that they should soon ”BE PREPARED TO SEE GATES OF HELL“? That’s a pro-family message now, isn’t it…
Has the Evangelical world completely become corrupted by the lies and propaganda of this present age? Dr. Dobson should be admonished, nay rebuked, for this endorsement. It is a scandal and a shame.
