Schizoid American Culture

[ Once upon a time U.S. children were taught to respect their country and to pledge allegiance to its founding principles.  Now they are taught to be ashamed…  For example, the U.S. is currently engaged in brutal wars across the world (notably in Iraq and Afghanistan), but American kids are CENSORED by the public school system for expressing any form of patriotism.  This is sickness, similar to sexual abuse in a family system that goes unreported because of the twisted need to deny reality…  Is “patriotism” the new evil in polymorphic, amoral, and multicultural America?  If so, then why does the US government engage so much of the nation’s treasure and blood for the sake of WAR? Why does the phony liberal establishment not raise an outcry against unjust wars instead of targeting a school kid for showing support for the purported reasons for the war?  The social engineers worry about a kid with 1″ tall plastic toy soldiers while feeding on the culture of death and war itself….  It’s madness… ]

Coventry school bans army men hat
Officials say army men with guns violate policy

by Kathryn Sotnik

COVENTRY, R.I. (WPRI) – A Coventry boy says he was banned from wearing a patriotic hat he created to honor members of the armed forces because his school said it violated school policy.

David Morales, 8, says he made the camouflage hat with army men on top as a school project. The hat was more than just a fashion statement: It was meant to honor military members.

When Morales wore the hat to classes, he said, Tiogue School officials told him that it violated their no-tolerance policy that prohibits students from bringing drugs or weapons to school.

The Morales family was told David could no longer wear the hat, but they disagreed with the decision. Officials say despite the hat’s purpose to honor soldiers, it violates their policy because the toy army men are holding guns.

Now the family is turning the incident into a positive learning experience. While they say they disagree with the school’s decision to ban the hat, they will respectfully obey it.
