In fact, it is the only legitimate conveyance since the Earth is the Lord's and only He can legitimately convey any or all of it. Furthermore, the deed to this original conveyance is now at least 3000 years old and has never been rescinded. So therefore, for the State of Israel to make any concessions to the Palestinians of any land in or about the Temple Mount would seem to be in defiance of G-d. And, would also seem to be a mockery of the Israelis who gave their lives to take the city in 1967, and who have died since, one way or another, to defend it.
